Visual Editor - Toolbars

 

Toolbars are the heart of the Visual Editor and provide a plenty of possibilities. The tables below describe the tools that can be found on the Main and Left toolbars along with its use (some of them are also available from the right-click menu).

Insert Table

When you press this button new window appears in which you should specify number of rows and columns and table attributes. After that new table will be inserted in the specified place.

Insert Row Before

Before using this button you have to set cursor into a table cell. New row will be inserted before the row where specified cell is located.

Insert Row After

Before using this button you have to set cursor into a table cell. New row will be inserted after the row where specified cell is located.

Insert Column Before

Before using this button you have to set cursor into a table cell. New column will be inserted before the column where specified cell is located.

Insert Column After

Before using this button you have to set cursor into a table cell. New column will be inserted after the column where specified cell is located.

Delete Rows

Delete specified row

Delete Columns

Delete specified column

Merge Right

Merge two cells into one. The contents of the right cell is added to contents of the left one.

Merge Down

Merge two cells into one. The contents of the lower cell is added to contents of the upper one.

Split Cells

This button splits the cell into two parts.
